Job Role: CTF Planner
Location: Tampa & Doral, FL. | Colorado Springs CO
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled CTF Planner to join our team in the National Capital Region. As a CTF Planner you will provide expert advice to partner agencies on strategic plans targeting high-priority drug trafficking and transnational criminal groups, synchronizing interagency plans and leveraging cross-organizational capabilities, and developing coordination concepts for DoD CTF activities in support of law enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist partner agencies in developing strategies to enhance U.S. national security by targeting major drug trafficking and transnational crime groups.
Monitoring, assessing, and synchronizing interagency plans and leverage cross-organizational capabilities for unified strategic execution.
Develop concepts for coordinating DoD CTF activities in support of law enforcement, including planning, training, operations, and support, and establish repeatable processes for DoD stakeholders.
Experience Required:
Planning experience working with Interagency Partners.
Experience using the DoD Joint Planning Process, to include supporting interagency operations, to support national efforts to counter threat networks.
Skills:
Planners shall possess experience working with financial and economic elements of national power.
Be skilled in developing DoD strategies or CCMD campaign plans and associated planning documents.
Certifications (Preferred):
Additional certification, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), or graduate of a military Joint Planners Course is preferred.
Knowledge:
Understand USG global efforts relating to counter threat finance efforts.
Understand the interagency intelligence cycle to include intelligence consumption and production at all levels by all participants.
Understand relevant DoD intelligence and intelligence oversight policies, procedures, and requirements.
Recognize and understand Federal agency performance measurement and reporting requirements, preferably with value determination methodologies within counter threat finance efforts.
Qualifications:
Expertise in working with U.S Government Departments and Agencies (other than DoD) in policy or planning formulation, finance, law enforcement.
Ability to disrupt and degrade national security threats posed by drug trafficking, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks.
Individuals shall be able to show experience or expertise associated with monitoring, assessing, and synchronizing DoD and interagency CTF activities.
